Tasting Note
This classic, rich Barossa Valley Shiraz displays aromas of ripe plums, black forest cake, spice and fragrant oak. Mature red berry fruits flavours are combined with a firm and full body which is rounded by acidity providing a great structure on the palate. This wine is dense and finely balanced with vanillin oak and abundant soft tannin delivering a powerful yet elegant wine with a long lingering finish. This wine is drinking exceptionally well now but careful cellaring for the next 6-10 years will certainly be rewarded.
